1/2tspStevia powderOR liquid sweetener equivalent to 100g of sugar
1/2tspapple cider vinegar
Preheat oven to 320 degrees (F).
Grease a bundt pan with a thin layer of coconut oil, then sprinkle with rice flour.
Peel and cube the apple, then steam the apple using your prepared water (1/4 cup).
Mix all flours, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl.
When the apple cubes have softened, blend them with a little rice milk until smooth. Mix in coconut oil (Melt it if it is in solid form). Add olive oil, vanilla extract, vinegar, and whichever sweetener you use.
In portions, combine the flour and liquid mixture. Pour the dough into the pan.
Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until fork or toothpick comes out clean.
