Make chocolate layer first.
Over low heat, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil and stir continuously. Add the coconut milk, then remove from heat. Finally, add the vanilla.
Spread the chocolate into the parchment lined dish. Place in the freezer to chill while you prepare the coconut layer.
Now, make the coconut layer. Mix all the ingredients needed for the coconut layer in a bowl until combined. Make the top chocolate drizzle by melting the chocolate chips and coconut oil over low heat, stirring continuously.
Sprinkle the coconut layer over the chocolate layer. Drizzle the chocolate/coconut oil layer on top. Freeze for 10 minutes, cut into squares and serve.
