Chocolate Easter Eggs


  • 100grams

    coconut oil

  • 5-6TBS

    cocoa powder

  • 2TBS

    maple syrup

  • 2tsp

    vanilla extract

  1. Put measured coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl. Warm in microwave in short intervals, about 10-15 seconds, stirring, until the oil is melted and clear.

  2. Add cocoa powder, maple syrup and vanilla to the melted oil. Stir until smooth.

  3. Pour chocolate into your mold of choice (eggs for Easter). If your chocolate sets before you get it all in the molds, microwave it for a few seconds until it melts again.

  4. Place the molds in the refrigerator or freezer to se. Leave refrigerated until ready to eat. The chocolate will melt if left out at room temperature for a while.
