Ingredients
  • 2 cups chicken cooked and diced
  • 1/4 cup dairy-free sour cream
  • 1/4 cup egg-free mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup red grapes coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 cup celery finely minced
  • 1/4 cup Gala or Granny Smith apple peeled, finely diced

  1. Mix all of these ingredients together in a bowl and season to taste with salt and pepper. Oila! You're done.
