This is a delicious, savory, Greek treat.
Ingredients
  • 1 box frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp flour
  • 3/4 Cup milk of your choice
  • olive oil
  • 1 box puff pastry usually vegan, check box to be sure

Instructions
  1. In a medium skillet, saute onions until translucent. Add thawed, drained spinach, salt, pepper and garlic. Stir 1 minute until heated through.
  2. Add flour and stir throughout mixture. Add milk and stir until mixture is thickened. Set aside.
  3. Roll thawed puff pastry out into 1/4 thick rectangle. Using a pizza cutter or knife, cut into squares. Spoon filling into center of each square, fold corner over into triangle and seal at tip.
  4. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
