Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch Or arrowroot powder
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 cups milk of your choice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
  1. Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt in a saucepan.
  2. Whisk milk in gradually so that mixture remains smooth.
  3. Turn heat to medium. Whisk continuously as the mixture heats and thickens. Once at a thick, pudding-like consistency, stir every 15 seconds or so for another 2 minutes.
  4. Take pan off the heat and stir in vanilla.
  5. Separate out into individual portions and place in fridge to cool, or eat warm.
