Ingredients
  • 3 cups fresh stawberries Or any fruit of choice
  • 3 cups ice
  • 2-4 TBS honey OR sugar *I usually use 4 TBS sugar
  • 1 TBS lemon juice

Instructions
  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and process until well blended.
  2. Pour into a casserole dish and freeze for 30 minutes. Remove from freezer and scrape to loosen. Return to freezer for 2 hours. Serve. Refreeze any leftover sorbet in a freezer safe container.
