A fun egg-free substitute for deviled eggs!
egg-sized red potatoes
Kala Namak optional--adds an eggy taste
salt and pepper to taste
paprika for garnish
Wash potatoes and peel if desired. Rub each in olive oil and bake at 400 for around 30 min or until tender.
Allow to cool. Carefully cut each potato in half, and scoop out the inside into a bowl, leaving a shell about 1/4 thick.
Mix potato, mayo, mustard and spices, scoop back into shells and dust lightly with paprika.
