Ingredients
  • 1 box tri-colored rotini cooked
  • 3 ears corn cooked with kernels sliced off
  • 2 Cups broccoli florets fresh and lightly steamed, or frozen
  • 1 small can sliced black olives
  • 1 small can sliced green olives
  • 1 14 oz jar artichoke hearts, halved
  • 1 red pepper diced
  • 1 small can water chestnuts
  • 1 15 oz can chickpeas
  • 1/3 Cup italian dressing (check ingredients for dairy or other allergens)

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and chill for at least three hours. Serve cold.
