Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp Earth Balance or other vegan margarine
  • 1/4 Cup milk of your choice unsweetened is best
  • salt, garlic powder, pepper to taste
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 12 oz vegan crumbles
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup chopped carrots

Instructions
  1. Boil potatoes until tender, drain and mash with margarine and milk. Set aside.
  2. Saute onion and carrots until tender, mix with crumbles, peas, spices, spread in a 8 inch pie pan or glass baking dish.
  3. Cover with potato, spreading to the edges.
  4. Bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes.
