Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup old fashioned / rolled oats For gluten-free, use a brand free of gluten contamination.
  • 1/2 cup milk of your choice Rice, hemp, soy, nut, dairy, etc.
  • 1/4 cup applesauce
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl or jar. Stir well, cover and place in fridge overnight or for at least two hours. Add freshly diced apple and other garnishes in the morning if desired.
