Grilled corn with a coastal flair.
Ingredients
  • 4 Cobs corn not husked
  • 1/4 Cup vegan mayo
  • 1 1/2 tsp seafood seasoning check ingredients for potential allergens
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp agave nectar
  • 2 tsp red wine vinegar

Instructions
  1. Whisk mayo and seasonings together in a small dish.
  2. Soak cobs in husk in water for 20 minutes. Peel husk back to base, rub corn with mixture, replace husk over corn.
  3. Grill on high until outer husk is blackened,rotate during cooking, 15-20 min.
