Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups gluten free all purpose or gluten free oat flour
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries thawed
  • 3 TBSP maple syrup
  • 1 cup Enjoy Life chocolate chips

Instructions
  1. Puree raspberries using a blender, until the mixture is smooth.
  2. Mix raspberry puree, flour and syrup in a bowl until thoroughly combined.
  3. Form into a ball or any desired shape (hearts for Valentine's Day). Freeze for 15 minutes.
  4. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave. Melt half of the chips, then melt the other half and combine.
  5. Dip the truffles in chocolate, coating completely. Let them sit in the refrigerator and cool until chocolate hardens.
