Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare sauce according to directions. Begin heating beans in another pan on medium-low heat.
As beans heat up, add around 1/4 cup of sauce to beans and mix well.
In a separate pan, steam spinach until just wilted, then set aside.
Add corn and chilies to bean mixture.
Lay one tortilla on a plate, spoon around 3 Tbsp of sauce on tortilla, layer bean mix, a spoonful of spinach, and a small amount of cheese in the center of tortilla, roll up and place in a baking dish.
Fill and arrange remaining enchiladas in baking dish. Cover with remaining sauce and cheese. Bake covered with foil for 20 min, then an additional 10 min uncovered.
