Ingredients
  • 1 medium to large flatbread or premade pizza crust May use whole wheat/gluten-free/dariy-free to suit your allergy needs
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup ground beef or turkey or vegan alternative cook ahead of time
  • 3/4 cup dairy free shredded cheese
  • 1/4 red bell pepper diced
  • 1/4 green bell pepper diced
  • 1/4 yellow bell pepper diced
  • fresh cilantro

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray a sheet pan with olive or vegetable oil cooking spray. Place your bread of choice on the sheet.
  2. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the crust. Top with your meat (or alternative) and then cheese. Finally, add peppers.
  3. Bake for 18 minutes, or until cheeses is melted.
  4. Top with cilantro while hot. Let cool, then cut into slices. Serve and enjoy!
