Creamy, allergy-friendly popsicles that are a delicious snack without any added sugar or juice! These will satisfy both hunger and sweet cravings. So easy to make, even the kids can help make them.
Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 to 2 Cups fresh organic strawberries or blueberries (use 2 cups if Blueberry)
  • 1 1/2 Cups full-fat canned coconut milk
  • 1/4 Tsp. sea salt
  • 1 Tsp. gelatin

Instructions
  1. Place berries, coconut milk and sea salt into a blender or food processor. Blend 30 seconds or until fully blended.
  2. Add gelatin to mixture and blend again for 30 seconds.
  3. Pour the mix into popsicle molds and freeze for 3 hours or until fully frozen. Enjoy!
